OVERVIEW
As the leading ToB SaaS platform in China with 600 million users, DingTalk faces a significant challenge in monetization. Within 3 months, I collaborating with several commercial teams to devise interaction strategies for DingTalk, driving its commercial success by facilitating a seamless user experience. These approaches aimed to unlock new revenue streams while maintaining user satisfaction and platform growth
